Care Instructions

To heat: Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking or baking spray if possible. Tip* use egg wash if possible and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes reduce heat to 400 degrees for remaining 60 to 90 minutes wait until the clear liquid becomes thick fruit filling puffing from the edges to ensure a jammy pie note* exact baking time will vary slightly and foil may be used to prevent burned edges.

The internal temperature needs to be above 200 degrees to thicken properly.

Convection Ovens try reducing temperature by 25 degrees or reduce cooking time by 25%.
